We are looking for an exchange in the easter holidays 2020 with NYC (Manhatten or Brooklyn).

We are looking for an exchange with Hamburg: 29.2.-3.3.2020

Our home ist 100m2 big, its a non-smoking-home. We love to combine old and new furniture, so we have some very unique pieces in our flat. It has 2 sleepingrooms that are normally used by our 15 years-old daughter (140cm wide high bed) and our 17 year-old son (160cm wide bed). Another sleeping room ist in our living-room: we have a fold out bed, that is easy to open and close - it is a full comfortable bed, not just a sofa-bed. It has a slatted frame and a decent 17cm high mattress and is 160cm wide. If you fold it, it is a very nice sofa.
The flat has a beautiful wooden floor, in all rooms except the 1 bathroom (with 2 sinks) and the 1 toilet. Also the kitchen has a tiled floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher and really everything you need to prepare anything you like. We love to cook, so it's all there ;-)
We all love music, if you are musicians you can use the guitars and the piano, when you're here.
From the livingroom you can access the balkony that leads in a courtyard, that ist usually very quiet.
The flat is near several different means of public transport, so you can easily get into the center (one very close direct line tram Nr 2 brings you right to the parliament, national museums, the Opera house "Staatsoper" within 15-20 minutes.). Also the tube U3 is just a 6 minutes-walk away, it takes you to the Westbahnhof or to the most important shopping mile "Mariahilfer Straße" within 15 Minutes.
We are in the 4th floor, so we have a nice and bright flat (much daylight), we look on nice roofs and the sky of our neighbourhood. In summer its important to close the window-blinds before leaving home, so it doesn't get too warm inside. (We don't have aircondition here).
Our neighbours are used to us living a relatively quiet life, we are very respectful with them, so we don´t jump around or listen to loud music in the evenings.
