I am a fairly neat and tidy person. And my home is well apportioned. Not a lot of wine glasses, but almost all Waterford. Only one set of dishes, but it's china. I therefore prefer to exchange with people who are similarly tidy and used to caring for nicer things. Absolutely no cats and no smoking. I have orchids outside but can arrange for their care. Auto may be available and negotiable but not a guarantee.
