Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

St. Petersburg is considered one of the most livable cities in the USA. This is a private home on a quiet street situated right on the water of Tampa Bay, Florida. One can enjoy all there is to do in the city of St. Pete, and then return home to an in-ground pool and a dock on open water. We have kayaks and a canoe to enjoy paddling through a nearby state preserve. Dolphins and beautiful birdlife in your backyard.
Public and private golf courses are readily available. Lovely Gulf of Mexico beaches are about 10m away. We are about 1 1/2 - 2 hours drive from Disney World and all the excitement of Orlando, Florida.

Neighbourhood

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Our neighborhood is directly on Tampa Bay and we enjoy watching birds, dolphins and occasionally manatees by our seawall. Weedon Isle State Preserve provides paddling trails that we can access right from our dock. We live on a very quiet street and have a very friendly neighborhood.
Exchangers enjoy fishing from the dock. Our neighborhood is good for walking, running and biking.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

There are also lots of activities to enjoy in downtown St. Petersburg (about a 4 mile drive) - waterfront parks, excellent restaurants, bars and breweries. Professional baseball between March and September. Many golf courses - a couple within the city. The Gulf of Mexico beaches are about 10 miles away on the west coast of the city.
