Our spacious 1 bedroom apartment is in a vibrant in-city neighborhood near downtown Seattle (30 min. walk), and very close to everything! You can walk (5 mins.) to restaurants and all daily shopping spots. Frequent busses serve downtown with its active waterfront, ferries and cultural interests.
Part of a triplex converted from a Capitol Hill craftsman, our home is on the main floor with quiet tenants above us. There is off-street parking for our 2017 Subaru Forester. Laundry facilities are in the basement and shared by all three units.
We have 1 bedroom and a futon sleeper in the family room, which also has a 55 inch TV with Wii and a computer. Our house dates from 1905 and has features from that era, but is fully remodeled with a granite-countered kitchen and updated bath, with bidet and shower. We have a portable air-conditioner for summer. The entire apartment is 120 m2, or 1100 sq ft.
