This is a new home update as of October 2016.
We have moved to a small seaside community and now reside within walking distance to the beach, walking trail, and downtown. Imagine coming here and not having to drive to enjoy all the local conveniences!
We have purchased a rental unit and live in the upstairs unit and also have a converted garage -studio unit available to exchange.
Our upper unit is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an amazing ocean view to enjoy sunset, cocktails from the comforts of your own home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the additional bedroom has a queen bed. Our living room has a wrap around couch unit that has 3 enlarged recliners that can be used as a bed. Recently purchased, and previously used as a rental we have big plans to remodel in the future, updating and renovating the entire floor as time permits.
Our studio has been completely remodeled with all new flooring, it has a desk area and kitchen available with new and stove and refrigerator. The studio has a queen bed with full size sleeper sofa. It also has it's own small backyard and access to community area for use of picnic table and laundry facilities.

The beach is a few steps away for some fun, surfing, and swimming. San Clemente is the jewel of a city and has the small town charm that makes this a perfect travel destination.
We are close to all the major tourist attractions and major cities, without the congestion. Within a half hour drive you can visit Disneyland, or Knott's Berry Farm, and in less than an hour's drive you can be in Los Angeles, or San Diego, or close to the Mexican border, the mountains, or the desert.
