Super stay in Kent! We loved staying at cobtree house, the house is cosy and welcoming, typical of english atmosphere; the garden has many places to relax and the hot tub is great . the communication with Suzanne and Will was easy and the area has much to offer. We found our home perfect and our pets and garden have been taking care of; don't hesitate if you wish to discover this beautiful part of England! Go to cobtree house!

We had a super stay. Kent is a beutiful area. Visiting Canterbury, Dover Castle, London, Rye, the white cliffs at Beachy Head and Seven Sisters filled our days. The garden and jacuzzi made us feel like the main chatacters in a fairy tale... Thank you!

Our stay in the Bensons’ home in Marden surpassed all our expectations! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated for Christmas, comfortable and well equipped for our extended family gathering of 10 people! The Hot Tub was a marvellous feature in the garden, and the local attractions like Leeds Castle, the home of Rudyard Kipling, and lovely walks, gave us plenty to do. The historical town of Hastings famous for its sea food was an easy one hour drive away. We cannot thank the Bensons enough for making our stay at Cobtree House so happy and memorable.

We had a great swap at half term and found the house comfortable and in a lovely location. I am quite taken with Kent and the lovely countryside and we visited lots of National Trust properties in the area. We never took the opportunity to head into London but it was close and very convenient by train I would imagine. Thanks for making us so welcome. :-)

We've just returned from a very enjoyable week in Kent staying in William and Suzanne's lovely family home. We were made to feel very welcome both before, during and after the exchange and we were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, looking after the guinea pigs and enjoying freshly laid eggs! This is a great house, with loads of space (there were 6 of us) and a fantastic outdoor area. The village is very picturesque and we were within a short walk of lots of amenities, including a very nice Indian restaurant which made our last night a good one! There's lots of variety in things to do, some very close to the house....some slightly further afield. We could have stayed much longer! Our house was also very well looked after. Thank you for a great swap and for making us and our friends feel so at home. We would definitely recommend this to any homelinkers :-)
