Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

WE SEEK EXCHANGES 2016 to 2018 in New England or Mid-West USA, plus Australia in their school holidays. WE ALSO WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR 3 - 6 MONTHS IN SYDNEY from March to November. We live in a bungalow renovated in 2008, in a village between LIVERPOOL (home of The Beatles) and CHESTER (built by The Romans). Both are reached in 30 minutes by car, bus or train. You can easily reach some of the most dramatic UK landscapes - Wales,The Peaks & Scotland is 3 hours. Cheshire itself is a very pretty area;you could spend a whole holiday visiting historic villages, ancient castles and stately homes and gardens.
We live on the historical Wirral peninsula, home to Viking settlements, thatched cottages and pubs, walks along the coast and VG shopping and dining. We can collect you from a local airport, show you the house & leave you to enjoy. All our many House Exchangers since 1994 have thoroughly enjoyed their time here either chilling or visiting historic castles in Wales

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

We live in a very pleasent safe area, our home is set well back from a quiet road. Our neighbours are lovely people about our age who are well used to seeing house exchangers here and are happy to help you if needed. There is a small supermarket at the end of our road and also most food items we need are 9 minutes walk through the park or fields to Neston.

My local traditional pub down on the Dee Estuary is a 10 minutes walk. We live on the historical Wirral peninsula, home to Viking settlements, thatched cottages and pubs, walks along the coast and very good shopping and dining. We can collect you from a local airport, feed you, shown you the house & leave you to settle in. All our many House Exchangers since 1994 have thoroughly enjoyed their time here either chilling,visiting historic places in Wales or the World Heritage Sites in both Liverpool and on the N Wales coast. Liverpool has THE largest collection of museums and galleries in the UK outside of London; National Museums Liverpool has seven venues in the city
