Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Unfortunately we have had to change our plans for this year and are now looking for a short holiday in the UK in October.
Our home is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, part of the Jurassic Coast, in East Devon. It is in a peaceful spot in a small village, 4 miles from Sidmouth. Jean has recently retired, so we are willing to look at offers for 2017 . There are 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is a bathroom and a shower room. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, gas oven and hob and microwave oven, The lounge has a coal effect gas fire and a flat screen TV and a DVD recorder/player. There is a conservatory which has comfortable chairs and the dining table. The views from here are fantastic - also ideal for birdwatching and watching the farm animals.
There is a computer available for you to use or you can use your own. There is broadband with wifi.
There is a car available for exchanges outside the UK.

Our home is in a peaceful location with fantastic view over the Otter Valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The nearby coastline is part of the Jurassic Coast. There are many walking trails along the river and over the hills. In Sidmouth there is access to the South West coastal path. There are restaurants and a pub in the village and many others in the nearby towns and villages.
