WE HAVE NOW ORGANISED OUR SUMMER EXCHANGE 2020
Our very spacious (~300 m2) home is in the leafy Chiltern countryside, within a pleasant 15 minute walk of the London Underground Tube & Train station for a 30 min ride to central London. Also easy access to key motorways, & only 1/2 hour from Heathrow. Beautiful, peaceful area with excellent walking & good amenities in its own right, but also a great base for exploring London & much of England.

The house is very comfortable - bright, large family-living reception rooms on the ground floor which can convert to totally open plan if required, cinema room, ceiling speaker system; there are 3 good sized double bedrooms, the ensuite of 1 has a spa bath, & 3 more large, well-equipped single bedrooms, all with full sized beds.

Outside there are sheltered gardens to 3 sides plus substantial decking areas with outside dining, to fully enjoy the summer sunshine.
