Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Rodborough is a small, quiet village on a hill overlooking the town of Stroud, located in the Five Valleys area of rural Gloucestershire, England. At the end of our ‘quiet lane’ is our local pub, The Albert. It offers live music every week, as well as an ever changing selection of local real ales. There is an active village hall above the neighbourhood football ground. Walk through it, down the hill, through the fields, over the river, along the canal and you come to Stroud within 10 minutes. There you’ll find an award-winning weekly farmer’s market, numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and common amenities.
