WE ARE OPEN TO OFFERS AND THEY CAN BE NON SIMILTANEOUS- WE HAVE A SECOND HOME IN AUSTRALIA.
We are experienced exchangers and have made several happy exchanges. We especially like cycling, skiing, swimming, golf, the arts, walking and generally exploring.
Waikanae is a beach settlement on The Kapiti Coast, 45 minutes drive north from the Capital City, Wellington. It has a mild climate with the nicest weather from November though to May. There is a good village, restaurants, cafes and 3 golf courses within a 20 minute drive from our home. There are great bush or beach walks. We have bicycles and golf clubs for your use.
Our home is a 1 1/2 acre paradise. Very private, with all day sun and over looking park-like garden with a pond. Behind the house is New Zealand native bush which is a paradise for New Zealand birdlife, We also have a bird sanctuary next door. We are at the edge of a suburban village. Our property is down a long private drive and we have one and a half acres of beautiful private garden to enjoy. The village shops are a 5 minute drive away as is the local station wher trains run to Wellington every half hour.
