We are Natalie and Simon, married in our mid 30s/early 40s and have three children born in 2008, 2011 and 2016. Simon is a Town Planner and Natalie is a Pharmacy Technician.
We have completed six home exchanges using another website in the Dordogne, Paris, Zurich, Netherlands, and Mayo and Wicklow in Ireland. They were great experiences. We would be happy to let you see the feedback and reviews of our home. We have grown to love this method of taking holidays which requires respect, openess and trust between like minded families. We would hope to get to know you by email and help you plan your holiday in advance. We will also leave lots of information about the local area / tourist attractions / places to eat etc.
We will look after your home as if it is our own and trust you to do the same. We will also keep in touch (if needed) during the holiday to share advice. We are non-smokers and our children are well behaved and will look after other children's toys and games.
Ireland awaits you!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our house is located in a cul-de-sac in the suburbs of Bangor, a seaside town on the southern side of Belfast Lough. In 2007, and again in 2008, the town was voted by Ulster Television viewers as the most desirable place to live in Northern Ireland.
Bangor is situated 13 miles (22 km) east from Belfast and just 30 minutes by train or bus with George Best Belfast City Airport even closer. Bangor West train halt serving Belfast and beyond is just five minutes walk from our house.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Bangor has plenty of local restaurants (some where kids eat free), pubs, golf courses, tennis, fishing trips, a cinema and brand new olympic size swimming pool (with water park, slides and wave machine for kids). A large Tesco supermarket is just two minutes drive away from our home. The local train station (to Belfast and beyond) is less than 10 minutes walk.
The North Down Coastal Path with fantastic views of the ocean is just 10 minutes walk away - it stretches for miles along the coast and is far removed from traffic - perfect for walking. Pickie Fun Park in the heart of Bangor is a great place for families. Bangor Marina is one of the largest in Ireland.
The Titanic Visitor Centre (winner of world's best tourist attraction 2016), Belfast City Centre, The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, Mount Stewart (National Trust), Scrabo Tower are all within 30 minutes drive. Within 90 minutes driving distance are the world famous Giant's Causeway, The Mourne Mountains and The Glens of Antrim. World famous 'Game of Thrones' TV Series is also filmed here - tours are available. These are just some of the many attractions for you to explore.
Lonely Planet has voted Belfast and the Causeway Coast the top destination to visit in the world for 2018!In 2011 The National Geographic Traveller voted Belfast one of the top 10 places to visit in the world. Also Trip Advisor 2011 said Belfast is the best value UK city. Lonely Planet 2012 said 'Get here early and enjoy it before the rest of the world arrives'. In 2013 Lonely Planet ranked Northern Ireland in the Top 10 destinations to visit in Europe.
Dublin is just a two hour train journey away.
Please note the three closest major airports are George Best Belfast City Airport, Belfast International Airport and Dublin Airport. Dublin Airport is just 110 minutes on the motorway.
Whether you want to explore the scenic parts of Ireland or enjoy the buzz of Belfast is entirely up to you. We're in a perfect location for both.
