From the very beginning the communication with Sandra and Georg was perfect. Everything they could possibly organize to make us feel at home in their brand new house was done: Sandra and Georg provided us with tennis rackets, bicycles and helmets etc. When we arrived at the airport, the car was parked nearby. The house is huge, it has airconditioning and it is clean, clean, clean. The living room is huge, the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is being taken care of by an irrigation system and every week the lawn is mowed, so we could enjoy our holiday to the fullest. We loved the humming-birds!! We strongly recommend Sandra and Georg as house exchange partners.

June 2017. We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver very much. The house is spacious with a lot of comfort, a.o. een special tv. room. It is built of wood. There's plenty of in Canada, we noticed. The house is situated in a new area called Tssawassen First Nation (Indian territory), nearby the ferry to Vancouver Island. Centennial Beach is a nice beach in de neighbourhood. Within 3/4 hr you reach Bridgeport Station for the skytrain (metro) to the city. Wonderfull city with a lot of places of interest. And around the city the overwhelming nature of Canada. Take your time to explore. We had a fantastic experience in Tssawassen. Thx George & Sandra. It was all perfectly arranged by you. Hans & Riekje Meij

Sandra & Georg stood in our exchange when our first partner got ill. It was their very first time and they prepared it already so perfectly! Their house ist beautiful and well equipped, we loved to stay there. Thanks for the salmon & the very good wine and for all the other things you provided to us! You are really generous. A fascinating feature: The residential area is situated in First Nations land which is developing into a very attractive area: Close to seaside (very good to explore with their bicycles) with natural regeneration areas and a huge shopping mall in the back. Tsawwassen was really very sunny, even better than Vancouver. We had only 10 min. by car to a beautiful beach with spectacular view to the snow covered Mt. Baker. Thanks to Sandra & Georg who made possible our 13th swap which was the best holiday we ever had!

Tsawwassen is a beautiful suburb of Vancouver, B.C. and is known as the sunshine capital of Canada. Our new home is walking distance to the Tsawassen ferry terminal for travel to Vancouver Island (Victoria and other Gulf Islands). We are also very close to the US border. Our sons would be at your service for any questions or concerns. Our 2018 Kia Soul 4-door sedan is also available.
