We are a retired couple, Mary Newman & Brian Eccleston, who are thoroughly enjoying the opportunities house swapping has opened to us. We are members of our local golf club at Parkwood and play twice a week when we are home. Our lifestyle is fairly quiet but as there is a great variety of restaurants locally, we tend to dine out regularly.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have a modern low-set brick house with timber floors
and carpet in the bedrooms. We are 10kms from surf beaches and Surfers Paradise. Very handy to theme parks, major shopping centres, theatres, restaurants, golf clubs, public transport and 1 hr. to Brisbane by train or car. We have a 2011 auto Hyundai i30 hatch available with our swap.
We are currently booked for Sept., Oct., Nov. 2015 but open to offers outside these months.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is quiet although we are in suburbia with families around us. We are very close to all amenities and local public transport is an easy walk. There are lovely parks at either end of our street and local convenience shops only a block away.
