Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Consider staying in our large, bright, quiet, fully furnished apartment with a great view of Elliot Bay, in the best location in downtown Seattle.
We are located a few blocks from the Seattle symphony, Seattle art museum, and the main shopping and business area. A recent Wall Street Journal piece on "Foodie Cities" noted that our building is at "the epicenter of the Northwest food scene."
The apartment is 1500 sq feet (140 sq meters) and has high ceilings, hardwood floors, two bedrooms, a den/office, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, two full bathrooms,a balcony overlooking Elliot Bay and the harbor, cable TV, wireless internet connection, washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave, and central air conditioning. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed so it can be used as either a second office or second bedroom. The back garden has steps down to a door that opens into Pike Place Market (pikeplacemarket.org). It is a secure building with a doorman and a residence manager on site.
