The best part is that it is central to everything. 20 minutes to Disney, 20-30 minutes to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, or Huntington beach; Popular Los Angeles destines like Hollywood, Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Downtown are only 45-60 minutes away. The home itself is quaint with a beach/country feel. The home is 1650 square feet, with 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8 people, or more if you use a couch or two. Kitchen has double oven and gas range with huge peninsula for gathering around while cooking. The house has an open floor plan which is great for entertaining. The backyard has a nice big patio for BBQ'ing and relaxing. For families with kids, the backyard has a new play set, trampoline, and big grass area for running around. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of kids outside if families want to get a feel for being a local.
