Worth the beautiful view of marsh from third-floor lanai. No elevator. Beautiful amenities - two pools, hot tub, gym. Beautiful beaches. Second home. Nicely furnished. Very clean. Near restaurants, shopping, water. No pets. No smoking.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
This condo is in a gated condo that is approx. 1 mile from a beautiful beach. Tennis courts, beautiful pools and hob. Our unit overlooks the marsh. It is on the third floor, 35 stairs, no elevator. The beach is too far to walk, but a very very close drive. Jacksonville Beach is a very nice community, not touristy. 45-minute beautiful drive to St. Augustine. There is a great ampitheatre in St. Augustine. 1.5 hours to Daytona Beach. Golf? Three miles to TPC.
