Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Located in the middle of the Colorado Rocky Mountains minutes from Winter Park Resort. Our home has 3 open levels, with stunning views on every level, soaring ceilings and skylights make this condo feel unique an just a little nostalgic for the 1960's and 1970's. Our 2100 square foot home includes gas fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 living areas 2 decks, wet bar, full size washer and dryer, courtyard, large parking lot and garage. Hiking and biking are just out the door and Winter Park Resort is just minutes away. During the summer there are festivals and rodeos. Grand Lake and Sulpher Springs are a 30 minute drive.
