Master bedroom with queen bed, kids room with toddler bed and lofted twin bed, 3rd bedroom with twin bed. Family room downstairs with full bath, laundry machines, and a sofa that coverts to a fullsize bed. 2500 square feet (232 square meters). Private garage and small patio. We live in a gated townhouse community in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Chicago. It is very walkable and kid friendly. Parks, restaurants, cafes, and the Steppenwolf Theatre immediately surround the gated complex. North Avenue beach on Lake Michigan, Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago Historical Society, Nature Museum, and Conservatory are within 15 minutes walk. The subway is 1 block away and can be used to reach the shopping of Michigan Avenue (2 stops), and the city center (4 stops) which contains Millenium Park, The Art Institute, and many more...
