Our home is situated on the 18th floor of a high-rise in downtown Austin 's "Rainey" District offering amazing views of Ladybird Lake, the City and the hill country beyond. It is walkable to all of downtown as well as the hike and bike trails around the lake, bike share and public transportation. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with queen along with a open kitchen/living room, office, laundry, two full baths and large private balcony. There is a pool, gym and bbq grills in the building and bars/restaurants surrounding the building.
