Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is located in the USA's beautiful Pacific Northwest. It's a beautiful, meticulously kept and restored 118 year old Queen Anne home on the National Historic Register. The home is within easy walking distance to historic downtown Albany in a quiet but friendly neighborhood called the Monteith Historic District. The home is 3200 square feet of comfort due to careful restorations.
Albany is centrally located in the beautiful Willamette Valley and is within manageable driving distance to almost any location you might want to visit in Oregon. Portland, Eugene, the Columbia River Gorge, the central Oregon coast, Salem, Corvallis, the Willamette River, lakes, wine and micro-brew country, hiking, fishing, and many other outdoor activities are close by (15 minutes to 1.5 hours).
Within a day's reach but requiring a little longer drive are Bend, Ashland, the northern and southern Oregon coasts, and Seattle. However, you will find a wealth of outdoor activities and places to see.
