Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Beautifully renovated terraced house in vibrant area very close to transport links to entire city. Only 3mins walk to Brixton underground Station. Two bedrooms one large double and one small double. (There is a third but it will be used for storage and locked.). One bathroom upstairs with shower over bath, basin and WC, second WC downstairs. Open plan living room, kitchen with bifold doors onto patio garden. Efficient central heating, skylights. Really lovely space and a sanctuary from the busy city.

A weekly cleaner will be included but please keep the house tidy. Any damage must be paid for. Please be courteous to our neighbours who are very friendly and helpful. Please look after Henry, our cat. He needs strokes and love as well as feeding and is allowed anywhere in the house.
