Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Our flat is a large three bedroom flat on the third floor. Living room, bathroom, dining area and kitchen.

We live just five minutes away from a beautiful Park and ten minutes by bus from Bounds Green tube. Its a very safe neighbourhood and has a lovely vilage feel. Two fantastic Delhis around the corner and corner shops that are open all day until 11pm. What is great about our location is that you we be in the city in 30 mins (not long at all for London) and still have quiet parks around us. There is a lovely farmers market at one of them (alexandra PArk - short Ally Pally) and amazing restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Our neighbourhood has everything from quiet parks to bustling restaurants and cafes. It is very safe and sociable area, almost like a small village. There is a fantastic cinema - the everyman cinema, which is a must have experience!

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

We have two amazing delis on our street, Owen's and Green Guru. There several corner shops and a lovely pub opposite. From our flat it is a ten minute walk to fashion shops, cafes and bars. From Sushi to Tapas, there is everything you could imagine. There are two parks near us, of which one has tennis courts. The other one, ally pally, is very large and you have spectacular views over London. A very nice farmers market there on Sundays. Muswell Hill is characterised by sweet, very English houses and very nice people. Great for jogging, walks, cinema, food and fashion.

Our neighbours beneath wouldn't be too happy about parties, so we ask to keep it to a respectable noise level. We have a cleaning lady who would be happy to come while you are here, she charges £10 ph. Otherwise we just ask that you leave the flat in a tidy and decent condition.
