Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large, detached Victorian home. 5 beds, 3 bathrooms. Large enclosed garden. Lots of period features but modern facilities. Just a short walk from all the amenities of Bath- Royal Cresent, Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, Jane Austen museum, shopping etc. Also just a short drive away from Stonehenge, Windsor castle and other historical sights.
We now have an exchange booked for summer 2018 but would be interested in offers for 2019- ski or summer holiday!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is very friendly and safe. It’s a great place to raise our family. We live a 2 minute walk from local shops where you can get all your basics. Although we are only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bath and all its attractions, (with a bus stop outside our house) , if you walk in the other direction you can be in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, enjoying amazing scenery and some great walking along the Cotswold way.
