Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our three storey family house with garden is located in a small village in a friendly residential area. Childrens toys are also available (girl 11 years old) Daily purchases can be made in the village. There is a beautiful lake for swimming in bike distance (15 minutes). Bikes, public transport and car are available. Close to Zurich (25 minutes by car) and Zug (15 minutes by car). Good starting point for various activities (mountaineering, hiking, biking, swimming in summer...).
Depending on timing, there may be possiblities to use the shared family cabin in the bernese mountains, and the vacation villa in Tuscany.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our house is part of a 6-unit townhouse structure. We live close to friendly (and english speaking) neighbours who share a common area. There is a private garden with barbecue facilities and a place to sit. We have a cat to feed. The village has a population of about 3000 people and is located on a small mountain (700m). Depending on the time of the year, there are activities in the village e.g. national holidays or a small openair festival in summer.
Our region faces the grand alps mountains which are about a one hour drive away. Reachable in 15-30 minutes are the cities of Zurich, Lucerne and Zug with their lakes.

From our house it is only a few steps into beautiful forests, walking the hill with views, biking, swimming, or going out to eat or have a coffee in the local bakery or restaurant.
