Mas Prim normally is a fully running eco B&B in the middle of Catalan nature, but for our own holidays we close our home for bookings and would like a nice house exchange!

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

- The house has a 4p. family suite with a fireplace and a private bathroom and a double room with an ensuite bathroom as well
- The house is basic, but comfortable! All the beds, mattresses, bed sheets and towels are new and clean.
- Mas Prim is located in the middle of nature: spot wild animals like boar, foxes and deer near the lodge
- Self-sustaining house: solar energy and fresh water well
- Swimming pool in private valley
- Big living room and kitchen
- Shops, supermarkets and restaurants at 10 minutes by car
- Hiking and mountainbiking trails starting from the lodge
- Lots of outdoor activities in the area


HOW TO GET THERE

- The only road to Mas Prim is an adventurous 3 km's dirt road. You won't need a 4x4, but the road is quite bumpy at some points so you'll need a car with normal clearance: make sure your car is not too low.
- The nearest village is only 3kms from the house. There's a bakery, a butcher and a small supermarket.
- Banyoles, our nearest (small) city is at 15 minutes by car from Mas Prim. In Banyoles there's a beautiful lake and plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, a weekly market and so on.
- Girona airport is only a 35 minutes drive from Mas Prim. There's plenty of affordable car rental options at Girona airport.
- There's a direct bus to Barcelona from Serinyà. It's the best way, in our opinion, to get to the city!
