Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Apartment by the beach. It is located in a privileged setting on the beachfront (less than 100m) with direct access to the seafront promenade. It has a big living room and a balcony with nice views to the sea; two bedrooms; one bathroom; a spacious kitchen and washing room. We have also high-speed WiFi and Smart TV.The apartment is in the first floor (there is an elevator).
Our residential complex has 4 swimming pools, 2 paddle courts, sport courts (football and basketball), 3 playgrounds and green areas
