We are now looking for an exchange in Italy, Rome, Naples, Florence or in Corsica or in France in the summer of 2019. This spacious, family town house in Playa de San Juan, Alicante, Spain is set in an exclusive, quiet and gated urbanization of just 42 houses with a luxurious pool, gardens and a play area. The house is just a few minutes’ walk to a supermarket (open until 3am.) shops, restaurants, bars and the 7km sandy beach of Playa de San Juan. The house is built over 4 floors. In the basement there is a double garage. On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, a courtesy WC and washbasin, a fully fitted kitchen with seating for 4 plus a gallery for washing machine and dryer and a spacious lounge/dining area. The spacious lounge is equipped with DVD with a large selection of movies and the TV can receive, via internet, all UK TV channels, all Sky channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports and hundreds of Box Sets and movies. The dining table extends to accommodate 6+ people and there are other fold-away tables for larger dinner parties. The dining area leads out to a large terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. From here there is direct access to the communal areas which include a fabulous swimming pool and play area. The pool is looked over by a lifeguard during the summer months. On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has double bed, a large en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and plenty of storage space. Bedroom 3 has a single bed with pull out bed for visitors and a built in wardrobe. On the second floor there is an attic which is currently set up as a playroom with lots of toys, a TV, PlayStation and Wii. The chaise long sofa easily converts to a double bed for extra accommodation and there is an en-suit shower, WC and washbasin and a roof terrace with garden furniture and lovely views of the gardens and pool.
There is natural gas central heating throughout the property and air conditioning on the ground and first floors. The property was completely refurbished in 2017. Our house is just 20 minutes from Alicante International airport. We are 2 minutes walk to bus and tram stops for easy access to the city of Alicante and the general area. Given our close proximity to shops, restaurants, the beach, tram and bus stops you wouldn't need a car.
