Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The house is in a small village in the bottom of Hardangerfjord. Short distance to the sea, and in the summer the sun is in the garden from early morning till 9.30 in the evening. We have 2 kajaks and 4 bysicles. There is a fantastic hiking area all a round the village. 2 grocerystores, 2 restaurants, hotell and a nice tourist informasjon with artists working there and selling.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
There is a fantastic hiking area all a round the village. Over the house there is a forest with tracks for walking, we can find wild berries and mushrooms in the autumn. Down by the sea there is a little beach,a running track, footballpitch, tenniscourt, court for beach volleyball and a possibility for water skiing. All about 100 meters from the house. The neigbours are nice and quiet. Nearby there is a Gardening school, and around there are a lot of different apple trees and other plants.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
About 3 kilometers from our house there are 2 grocerystores, 2 restaurants, 2 shops with gift and a lot of tings, a hotell and a nice tourist informasjon with artists working there. One with glass blowing and one with pottery. There is an intersting center for poetry near the tourist information. In Osa the next fjord by Ulvik wich is 9 km to drive or bike. There is a Gallery with a talentet painter. In Osa you will see a different landscape from Ulvik with steeper and closer mountains. There is a 45 min drive to Voss where there are more shops and restaurants.

We like to find the house nice and tidy when we get back. We don't use outdoor shoes inside. We have wooden floors, do not drag bags or heavy thing over it.
