Our quiet and peaceful neighbourhood has 30 permanent people living here. The nearest shopping village is 10k's up the road. We have the choice of two safe swimming estuaries, with a short walk to two ocean surfing beaches. Fishing, wildlife walks, fishing, hunting and watersports are at the doorstep.
This is a sleepy hollow, safe for children to wander and explore, like life used to be.
We have our own mico climate, and has a moderate all year round temperatures.
The main house has two bedrooms, one bathroom one inside kitchen and an outside kitchen in the conservatory.
The second house has three bedrooms, has been recently refurbished - with an full bathroom, with access across a courtyard. This house is holiday let all year round is fully set up for living in.
If two houses are needed they are available with a vehicle.
We have kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, golf clubs and wind surfer. A library of books, and both houses are set up with cable TV, WIFI and Netflix's with your own laptop.
This is a wonderful nature filled life, and although most of the neighbours only visit in holidays, the permanent residences offer warm hospitality.
The Pines Golf Club is 15 minutes up the road, and the Parua Bay Tavern a local award winning restaurant and bar.
