We are a semi retired couple who wish to visit our son in London this Christmas. We are looking for somewhere that is within easy reach of Clapham Juction. We usually stay with him but he now has a one year old, so the flat is a bit small, and we feel we would be better to have our own place although we probably would not be there very much.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
1990's brick home in sunny Nelson. We have three bedrooms, one king, one queen and one single bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The is also a main bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen dining area has been recently updated with all new appliances. The garden is small but private on a quiet street. As our grandchildren visit often, we have bikes and toys for various ages.

Richmond is 15-20 minute drive south of Nelson. Our home is a 20 minute walk from the mall with 2 supermarkets and everything else you could possibly need. We live in a very quiet street and the neighbours are very friendly.

The Tasman district is known for its wineries and beaches. Two very safe beaches are a 10 drive away and Kaiteriteri (listed #68 on the CNN list of the best 100 beaches) is an hours drive away. It is also the gateway to the Able Tasman National Park with many day walks and boat trips. There is an indoor heated swimming pool and gym within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. There are many fruit and vege stalls nearby and in the summer you can pick your own berries at various berry farms. The Great Taste bike trail is accessible within 5 minutes ride. Lake Rotoiti is about an hours drive away.
