Three bed roomed home with all day sun situated on a main road into Hastings City centre one km away. Open plan kitchen / lounge fully carpeted through out. We have a 4 bay garage that has been converted into a sleep out with room to garage 2 vehicles. The sleep out is self contained with shower, tv, toilet and cooking facilities and fridge.

Ideally placed for events involving Art Deco, Food and wine classic, Splash Planet, cycle trails / mountain biking, wine trails, farmers markets and restaurants. 30 minuts from National Aquarium in Napier, surf beaches at Waimarama, gannet experience at Cape Kidnappers, views from Te Mata Peak. 2 hours from Te Mahia where there is a possibility of using a family bach. 2 hours from Te Urewera National Park and Lake Waikaremoana.
