Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Our home is on a hill suburb of Christchurch with views over the city to the Southern Alps in west and Pegasus Bay in East. 5 minutes to surf beach (Sumner) and 1 hour to snow ski slopes. There are many walking tracks, sailing, cafes - supermarket etc. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance. A 9-hole golf course and driving range is at the foot of our hill. Lyttleton harbour is a short drive through the tunnel where there are many more restaurants and harbor cruises. Christchurch is the Garden City of New Zealand and it is beautiful all seasons of the year, with much to see and do. The city centre is only 11 minutes by car.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
