Apartment in Rome not far from the city center (about 40 minutes by Metro) and well served by public transportation.
Metro stop is 300 meters walking and it takes about 30 minutes to reach Termini Station.

The flat is 70 square meters, has a living room with kitchen and a two beds-sofa furnished with air conditioner, two bedroom, two bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has also radiators for the winter.
The views fro the apartament's balcony is nice as the apartment is on 5th floor (with elevator) and it is possible to see the Roman Mountains (called “Colli Albani”).

The Neighborhood has all the services you would need: supermarkets, bar, confectioner's, farmacy, banks, ice-cream shop, pizza take away, pizza restaurant, ...

The nearest tourist destination is the san Giovanni Basilica (15 min. Metro travelling).
It is possible to reach (by means of metro/bus) the other main turistic destinations (from 45 min. to 1 hour metro/bus travelling from the apartment): Piazza di Spanga, Colosseo, San Pietro (Vaticano), Trevi Fountains.

Our family is composed of 2 adults and a daugther (4 years old).
We like travelling and we recently heard about Home Exchange world and we have been fascinated.
We are Italian mothertongue and able to speak a good english.
