I am an italian 33 years old. I work as travel writer and social media manager.
I was born in Naples (south of Italy) but I moved in Parma in 2001 to attend university.
I love travelling around the world, alone or with my 31 years old boyfriend Luca. I have my own travel blog in which I tell about my trips and I give advices to women that like to travel solo.
I live with my sweet dachshund dog Nikita, that I love with all my heart. I love pets.
When I am not travelling I spend time in Parma hanging out with my friends, going to the gym (i love zumba) or going to clubs.
I like reading and watching documentaries about travel. I enjoy listening to the music and dancing.
I like to try different food all over the world and knowing new people.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Big apartment (100 sq meters) with 2 bedrooms, 1 big living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom in beautufu city of Parma, Italy.
Perfect for 2/4 people or for a family. The apartment is very bright and colorful, clean and lovely. It is located in the center of Parma, in Emilia Romagna, North West of Italy, famous for amazing food such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.
The apartment is at 4th floor of a nice building. You have the center just 10 minutes walking, a big mall with restaurants and shops just around the corner, bus stop and public parking in the very surroundings. The apt has a big balcony from which you may see the top of Parma Cathedral.
Pets are welcome. WIFI available in all the apt.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The area is very nice and central, but at same time without the car restrictions of the historical center.
There are trees and a big nice mall with cinema, shops and restaurants, just around the corner.
Also there is a nice green park and world famous theathre "Auditorium Paganini". Walking distance (10 minutes average) from historical center.
Bus stop. Train station 20 minutes walking.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
One of the nicest things of my house is that it is close to the many attractions of Parma. From here you can easily go walking to the historic center, to the shops and find many delicious restaurants.
Opposite to my house there is also green public park "Falcone Borsellino", a place to relax and walk. Inside the park you will find the world famous theatre "Auditorium Paganini" where you may be able to go watching concerts and shows.
Barilla center mall is just few steps from my house. Inside it you will find a big cinema, sushi bar, steack house, one of my favorite pizzeria in Parma and many shops.

Since I live in a condo it's very important to respect its rules. Not being noisy, especially during night time, respecting the recycling andalways remember to close elevator's doors properly. It's forbidden to hang the laundry outside the balcony.
Since I live there you will find many of my belongings, so please keep in mind it and treat my house with the same respect I would do with yours.
