Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Roomy apartment in the pine forest, by the sea. Located on the first floor, spread over two levels: on the first there is a kitchenette together with a living room and a large balcony. Upstairs there is the night part consisting in three double bedrooms with balconies and two bathrooms. The rooms are quiet and bright thanks to the wide-screened doors. It is in a large garden with two swimming pools, private parking and garage.

The area, although very quiet, is well served: the bus stop is just a few meters from the house and many bars and reataurants are nearby. The two international airports of Venice and Treviso are around 30 minutes by car. It's an ideal starting point for visiting day-to-day cities such as Venice, Treviso, Padova, Vicenza and Verona, or hicking in places of particular natural beauty such as the Venetian and Caorle Lagoons, both located 15 km away, or organizing a walk in the mountains of the Dolomites.
