We live in a very quiet,popular + modern residential area, only 6kms from Limerick city - 30 min drive from Shannon Airport and just 2 hours from Dublin Airport. Very picturesque. Excellent restaurants + pubs only 2 mins walk. Big garden with patios + barbeque. Beautiful park with extensive cycling and walking paths, children's playground and large skateboarding arena (2 mins walk). Ideally situated: 1h30 from Cork, Galway + Killarney. 2h from Dublin.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Our neighbourhood is very quiet. We have excellent amenities at our disposal: a children's park, a skateboard park, Italian and Thai restaurants, an Irish pub, a pharmacy, a supermarket and cinema all within easy walking distance.
We also live very close to the University of Limerick which offers sports and language courses throughout the summer months. There is a sports arena with a 50 meter pool also available.
