Newly built and architecture designed 5-bed house. Our home is next door to 18-hole Galway Golf Club, and a 2 minute walk from the sea and the lovely beaches of Salthill. The tennis club and local gym/swimming pool is just a 5 min walk away. The house is over 3000 sq ft - and has been finished to the highest degree.

Our house is located in Salthill - it is a 2 minute walk from the famous Salthill Promenade and the "Diving Towers" of Blackrock where all the tourists and locals swim in the lovely Atlantic ocean all year round! Salthill is a vibrant seaside resort and is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the bustling, festival filled city centre of Galway. The championship 18-hole golf course is next door to our house, as is the Galway Lawn Tennis club.
