Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a three bedroom mid-terrace house. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath. Downstairs we have a WC, a cosy sitting room with an open fire and an open plan kitchen and dining area. Our sunny garden is west facing and has side access to the front of the house. There is private off-street parking to the front.
Our neighbourhood is a well established, family friendly community. There are lots of shops less than a 5 minute walk away and larger supermarkets a short drive away. There are also numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The house is located just off Griffith Avenue, the longest tree-lined avenue in Europe, and a stones throw from a number of green areas, parks and close to the seafront in Clontarf.
You can get to the city in 15 minutes by a bus which stops adjacent to the house on Griffith Avenue. Cycling and walking are equally suitable ways to access the city. Clontarf Dart station is a 15 minute walk away and will connect you to all rail links inside and outside the city.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is a stones throw from the city centre and the sea at Clontarf. Transport links into the city are very close by and frequent. The bus into the city takes 15 minutes and stops a few steps from our front door. The entire Dublin area is accessible via the Dart line and the closest stop at Clontarf is a 10 minute walk. Just a 5 minute walk away on Philipsburgh Avenue you will find a grocers, a pharmacy, a nice bakery, a cafe and a lovely little artisan food shop selling very good meat, fish and cheese. In nearby Fairview there is a wealth of shops, restaurants, and pubs with a beautiful park and playground perfect for children.
