Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We would also be interested in short weekend exchanges in Ireland, UK, Europe. We are open to offers for summer 2016.
We are experienced exchangers and we live, with our two little girls, in a recently renovated 1853 Townhouse on 3 floors. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very central and desirable part of Dublin, Rathmines. The house is within walking distance of Dublin's centre, where you will find theatres, museums, galleries, lots of shopping and all Dublin's famous pub life.
There is a very friendly neighbourhood feel to our road. Our 3000 sq. ft/300 sq mtr luxurious family home is just a minutes walk from local shops, dozens of restaurants, a beautiful library and parks/playgrounds and the Grand Canal.
The ground floor of the house has a very bright large modern kitchen/family room (with internet access, cable TV, DVDs, music, etc).
