Our neighbourhood is friendly but quiet. Our house is in an estate with 74 houses & duplexes. The estate has a small park directly beside our house. Local shops within a 10 minute walk. the luas is a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction which will bring you into Dublin City Centre in 20 minutes. There are playgrounds, cinema & the sea very close by.
