Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Wir freuen uns über Anfragen aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz für Kurztrips.
Our house is a small piece of jewelry built in the 40s right on the edge of a secluded area. The generous studio is reached by a gallery. The old romantic garden is 1600sqm in size and is surrounded by ancient oak trees. There is a stone circle of mountain crystals for yoga or meditation. The house has 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom upstairs. A small kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room on the ground floor. On request we can provide several mattresses in the studio. Outside, in the covered area is a seating corner with heaters for long nights. It is wonderfully quiet here. A perfect place to arrive and be.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
In our neighborhood are just 8 houses. It is very quiet here, you can hear the birds the whole Day. The nearest town with pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants is about 3km away. The nearest town with cafes, bars and cinema is 14km away. 3km away there is a Trainstation – just 50min. to Munich. From here you can combine sightseeing with absolute peace and relaxation.

You can find small and large attractions in the surrounding area. Munich with its Traditional and Cultural Highlights. Passau, which is called the 3 River Town - 120km entfernt. Chiemsee - 1h away – with its famous Castle on the Herreninsel. Don't miss Castle Neuschwanstein 2h30min. and of course The City of Mozart – Salzburg – 1h30 away.
