Maison récente, spacieuse (140m²), lumineuse et chaleureuse. Décorée et aménagée dans l'esprit "Hygge"
Grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, une suite parentale, une chambre ado et une chambre enfants, salle de bain avec baignoire pour les enfants. Grande terrasse couverte avec plancha, cabane sur pilotis, bac à sable, trampoline et balançoire.
Vous pourrez en prime récolter des œufs frais le matin!

Accès au centre ville (commerces) à 1km environ. église classée à 1 km, plan d'eau et base nautique à 3mn en voiture, pizzeria/snack à 300 mètres, Cinéma, Piscine municipale, médecins, Viaduc des Fades, la grande ville la plus proche est Clermont-Ferrand à 40mn de voiture, accès autoroute à 15mn. Station de ski à une heure environ (Mont Dore, Sancy)
