Lovely country house with a private forest and a large garden, next to the city of Angers (20 kms), a very peaceful place with a great view and 2 nice donkeys. Of course you don't have to take care of the donkeys.

The house is located about 1 km from the city center of Tiercé (4000 persons in this village). The first neighbour is at the end of the road that leads to the house (500 meters) , so it's very quiet. The nearest town is Angers, a good place to visit with monuments, shops, museums, the castle, the sides of the river, etc. We are an hour and a half by train from Paris.
