There is plenty of private space, with a large gravel area to the front of the house and grass garden to the rear which accommodates an above the ground pool and the sauna room. We also own the adjoining field which has a stile leading to it.

The hamlet the property sits within is very peaceful, a perfect place to unwind! Lovely local towns, Mont St Michel and beautiful beaches only an hour away. Splendid walks and fantastic cycle routes start immediately you step outside the house.

Outside is a lawned garden for relaxing on sunny days. The front has a large gravel area, perfect for sitting out with a glass of rosé whilst playing a game of boule!

There is an above the ground private swimming pool (unheated) available in the summer months.

The property also has a sauna, for those who just want to relax, or for the more energetic who have enjoyed cycling or walking during the day.

There is a table, outdoor chairs, BBQ and loungers at the property.
