Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large house in the heart of Saint-Malo, 20 meters from the beach and 20 minutes walk from the heart of the city. 4 levels with 4-5 bedrooms, two of them are separated by a glass wall with curtains. There is one double bed in each bedroom. There is a private parking space in front of the house, so even when there are a lot of people in town, parking is not a problem. We can do a lot of things by foot or by bicycle from our house.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
A beautiful sandy beach is very close of our house where we can practise a lot of water sports, surf, kite surf, wind surf ... a sailing school is 700m away from the house. We are 20 minutes walk from the touristic area Intra-Muros.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
We have an exchange for summer 2019 .
We are now just two living in our large house. We enjoy hiking, walking or riding bicycle in the town. We are non-smokers. We have already made home exchanges with our previous house where we lived before when our girls were younger. Our house is well equiped for teenagers or adults. We have 4 bicycles, one kayak for two persons and one inflatable stand-up paddle.
