Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large apartment in Paris with charme for two persons. The apartment is 70 square meters in very good repair.
3 rooms: 1.living room, 2.study room (1 and 2 connected) 3. bedroom with two oneperson beds. Large corridor.
The small kitchen is fully equipped : micro wave, regular oven, washing machine , fridge , boiler, dishwasher. We display Cable and high speed Wifi in living room ( fiberglass). Bathroom (shower). WC separately. All rooms with windows.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neigbourhood is very quiet. It is a residential aerea in the west of the city, between the "Bois de Boulogne"and the Seine (beautiful view on the Tour Eiffel from the bridge "Pont du Garigliano"). The house (with housekeeper) has a pretty garden. The street is very calm.
5 minutes to walk you have either the biggest parisian supermarket or the village shops of Auteuil
Two Métrolines: the 9 (green) to the right bank (Champs-Elysées, Opéra, etc.) , the 10 (yellow) to the left bank (Quartier latin)
With the busline 72 the most beautiful road along the Seine (Trocadéro, Grand palais, Tuileries, Louvre, etc.) until "Hôtel de ville'
With the RER (regional trainline, station "Boulevard Victor") direct access to Versailles-château
