We live in a quiet street in an animated neighborhood. This is an interesting area because it's situated at the limit between the old and the new 13th district of Paris.
You can see old and very modern houses at the same time.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house, there are lot of lovely coffees and restaurants like the Arobase café wich is a cosy Salon de thé and proposes a large choice of bagels. There is also the Debonnaire wich is a neighborhood bar restaurant.
You have 5 minutes to walk to join the Seine and 10 minutes to join the Parc de Bercy, a very large and peaceful park.
If you want to watch a movie, go to the MK2 Bibliothèque, 3 minutes by foot ans you can also join La cinémathèque Française, situated in the Parc de Bercy.
