Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Charmant petit appartement au 2e étage d'un immeuble tranquille.
Entrée, kitchenette, salon, grande chambre, salle de bains, toilettes séparées.
2 lits (90x200 et 120x200) + 1 canapé convertible qui se transforme en vrai lit (140x200) avec un matelas épais.
Le tout en parfait état.
Cuisine : réfrigérateur, petit congélateur, four, four à micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, grille-pain…
Il n'y a pas de lave-linge mais une laverie automatique à proximité.
J'espère que vous vous y plairez autant que moi !

Entrance hall, small kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet.
2 beds (90x200 and 120x200) + 1 sofa bed (140x200) with a thick and comfortable mattress.
All in perfect condition.
Kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster...
No washing machine but a launderette nearby.
