French Riviera, villa 125m2 on the heights of Nice. 1150m2 of land.
Lovely house situated in one of the most famous residential area in Nice ( "Gairaut" ).
From there, you get a view of the whole town, sea and hills.
The house is absolutly calm. We have hundred-year-old olive trees in the garden and a lot of vegetation.
Swimming pool (14m ,3,5m).
Internet access ; ping-pong table, barbecue, air conditioning in parent's bedroom.
Many famous restaurants are just near the house.
You can walk and run from the house ( differents trails )
From the house and by car, it needs about :
- 15 min to reach "place Massena" and beaches
- 10 min for Matisse and Chaggall museums
- 10 min to join highway for Monaco ( 25 min ), Cannes ( 25 min ), Antibes ( Picasso museum, 25 min ), Saint-Tropez ( 1h30 ), Italy ( 30 min ), Alpes du Sud (1h30)...
